What we collect

The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to submit through the contact form on our Contact page: your name, email address, the service you're enquiring about (if selected), and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss a service, provide a quote, or follow up on a question you've raised. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Third parties involved

Two third-party services are involved in running this site:

FormSubmit — our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit receives whatever you type into the form (name, email, service, message) in order to deliver it to us; it is not stored by us on any server we control. Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser makes a request to Google, which can involve standard web request data such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when no longer needed.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@aggressorsair.com.
